Our reception operates daily from 8.00am to 10.30pm. After this time, a night porter is on duty.

Check-in time is 4.00pm.

Early check-in is available by prior arrangement and depends on room availability on the day. If you need to arrive before the standard check-in time, luggage can be stored until your room is ready.

The check-out time is 11.00am.

Late check-out is possible, depending on availability. Please ask at reception and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Parking

The Fairview Boutique Hotel is located in the heart of Killarney town, making it easy to park the car and explore on foot while taking in the sights, sounds and atmosphere of this vibrant destination.

There are several public car parks within a short walk of the hotel. Lewis Road Car Park is the closest and most convenient option for guests, costing €3 per 24 hours from Monday to Saturday. Parking is free on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

The Glebe and The Fairhill car parks are also nearby and reasonably priced at approximately €8 per day, operating Monday to Saturday from 9.00am to 5.30pm. Parking at both is free on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Rooms & Amenities

All rooms feature luxury Elemis toiletries, offering guests high-quality products known for their premium ingredients and spa-level experience

All rooms include a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee facilities, an in-room safe, an ironing station, and a hairdryer. Executive Rooms and Junior Suites also feature a super king-size bed, jacuzzi bath, and air conditioning. The Penthouse offers a double jacuzzi bath, smart TV, and a private balcony.

All rooms include both a bath and a shower. Junior Suites and the Penthouse offer an upgraded experience with a separate walk-in shower and a jacuzzi bath.

If you forget an item, please contact us directly. If it has been found, we will provide details for our local FedEx courier so you can arrange pickup and delivery at your convenience.

Yes, we offer family rooms and can provide an extra bed or cot if needed – just let us know in advance. We also have a designated children’s menu available at breakfast to make family stays more comfortable.

We do not have an onsite spa, gym, or pool, but thanks to our central location in Killarney town centre, there are several excellent options just a short walk away. Our team is happy to recommend nearby facilities to suit your needs.

Cancellations & Amendments

Bookings made directly with us include a favourable 3-day cancellation policy over third parties. Group reservations and certain special offers may have different terms and conditions, so please check the details at the time of booking.

If you booked through a third-party website, you must cancel directly with them. The hotel cannot make changes or cancellations to reservations made via external booking platforms.

In most cases,  a ‘no-show’ will incur a full charge of the first night’s rate.
