"The Fairview is exceptional. My wife and I stayed here for two nights during our five week holiday in the UK and Ireland. This was undoubtedly the cleanest most appealing place that we stayed during our entire holiday. The place just oozes class from the moment you step through the door. The room was nothing short of luxurious, with polished wooden floors, very nice furniture and heating controlled from within your room. The breakfast was sensational – cooked to order with fresh local produce. The best breakfast we had in Ireland. The Fairview was in many ways the highlight of our stay in Ireland. It has a great location and is right in the town centre of Killarney, where you can have a short walk to a myriad of restaurants and pubs for dinner. Highly recommended, A+ from us."

"Each room is individually appointed, and mine had a large comfortable bed, a plasma screen television, a Jacuzzi bath, separate power-shower, a comfortable sitting area with sofa and a lovely view out over the town. One of the most interesting things about this hotel is that each of the rooms is different, and therefore the price structure can accommodate all pockets. The real jewel in their crown is the penthouse, which is very luxurious with views over the Kerry Mountains. A thoughtful hotel indeed! This is one that bigger hotels could learn a thing or two from!"

"Me and my partner got engaged last week and decided to take a trip to Kerry to celebrate. I let the proprietor know and we got the penthouse at the last minute. Words like luxury, comfort, modern and blissfully fabulous spring to mind, we booked a second night it was so amazing! If you want to be pampered and feel like royalty, definitely pay the Fairview a visit, it's not at all expensive when it really should be for all you get. Breakfast is gorgeous with plenty of it too. I liked it so much I’m going back next month!!!"
